Customers can now choose to access their Visa or MasterCard transaction information at their branch, by telephone through Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Inquiry, or online with our Credit Card Inquiry service.
- Credit Inquiry lets customers access Visa or MasterCard statement information online
- The service is complementary to IVR Inquiry and other subscriber services
- Customers will not be able to perform banking transactions
- Credit Card Inquiry is offered at no additional charge

You can now sign up to receive RBC Royal Bank Visa statements electronically through RBC Online Banking.
RBC Royal Bank electronic statements give you safe, secure access to all the information you receive today in your paper statements — but in a more convenient form. You will be able to:
- Review your statements as soon as they're ready, instead of waiting for them to be delivered by mail.
- Archive your statements for up to seven years — and save or print them whenever you like.
eStatements are not available for RBC MasterCard cards at this time.
